Your journey to building Self-Esteem begins now
The self-esteem journey is really a journey about self-discovery. It’s about getting to know yourself, getting to understand the story you have about yourself, and what elements of it have gotten in your way instead of helping you.
The Fabulous Daily Motivator app will assist you during this journey using baby steps and scientific methods.

Central to the entire journey is writing: writing in your self-esteem journal, using particular exercises (writing your story, reframing your thoughts, investigating your core beliefs, etc), as a process of ongoing self-reflection.
This process of taking a self-reflexive stance towards ones thoughts and beliefs creates a rupture: it disrupts the autopilot of your usual everyday way of existing in the world, and opens the doors to new possibilities. It allows you to be active participants, to have control and agency, in a new way. It allows you to build towards your ideal future from an authentic and empowered place.
Building self-esteem is not about a hollow boosting of one’s ego, not about gaining confidence from external accomplishments and successes, because that means a failure leads to a fall.
At the core of a stable, sustainable, and strong self-esteem is self-knowledge, self-understanding, self-acceptance, self-compassion. The journey helps you build the pillars you need for this kind of self-esteem.
