It’s presently used by millions of people, with over 175,000 enthusiastic reviews on Apple Store and Google Play.

I have a confession to make…

I am an app addict. There, I said it. I’m constantly on the hunt for apps that can help me optimize my life and make me more productive. That’s how I stumbled upon Fabulous! It was right there, in all its glory, in the Editor’s Choice section of the Android Play Store. Something about the app spoke to me; maybe it was the alluring visuals, or the description about motivation and habit building. In any case, I didn’t waste a moment of time to download the app immediately.

The design of the app was incredibly intriguing to me—unlike other typical apps I’ve downloaded, Fabulous incorporated a lot of colors, shapes, and vibrancy into their app. I knew I was hooked the moment that first screen popped up! Before Fabulous, I was a night owl who had the worst time falling asleep. I started the “Fabulous Night” journey without any expectations and ended up following it through to the end!

At the end of each night, I would unwind by completing the daily challenges for the Fabulous Night journey religiously. The biggest change came when I turned off all the screens, so my room was pitch black! I would grab a good book and spend the rest of my night reading. It was such a relaxing feeling. I would magically drift off, getting my 8 hours of sleep and wake up feeling rejuvenated!

Once I built the habit of a better night sleep, I began the “Feel Energized” journey (mind you, I would normally only drink water when I was parched). Fabulous helped me build the habit of drinking water every morning after waking up! Better yet, I even started having breakfast everyday, which I had rarely ever done before.

 

By now, I was smitten with the app…and then “Sphere Journey” was launched. I tried the trial and loved the new additions. I signed up and soon I was face-to-face with my worst nightmare! Exercising! I hated it (I mean who loves to exercise?). I had spent my entire life avoiding any form of exercise like the plague! But Fabulous taught me exercising is not just about a hardcore gym workout. It broke down my perception and fears about working out and made it easy for me to build up, starting with a simple and quick run.

My absolute favorite exercise session (and I would highly recommend for anyone who is just as nervous about working out) is the 7-Minute Workout! Who would have thought? It only took 7-Minutes to change my whole life. With the combination of habits and the motivational letters and messaging across the app, I have a burst of energy everyday that I wake up, and it lasts throughout my entire day.

Fabulous changed my life inside out! I’ve started to meditate, eat healthy, sleep well, wake up early and I finally feel like I have my life together in the 24 years of my existence! This app is a true blessing. I can’t thank Fabulous enough!!
