Fabulous users share the meditation methods they prefer.
There are so many different types of meditation out there. Mindfulness meditation, walking meditation, meditation with yoga, the list goes on and on. We asked Fabulous users what methods they prefer. Here are some of our favorite answers.
1. “I prefer mindfulness meditation. It helps me relax and also quiets the mind.”
2. “I prefer a walking meditation where I try to concentrate on my breathing.”
3. “In the morning, mindful meditation with visualization of how my day is gonna be. When I have time, I practice some guided meditation prior to that.”
4. “Before I go to sleep, I practice guided meditations to release my day and prepare me to sleep. Otherwise, I take some time trying to quiet my mind.”
5. “I have tried different methods with my first one being on breathing and then the one is in my life at the current time. I need support to help me.”
6. “I either use breathing observation in silence, guided meditations from a dedicated app, or I meditate in savasana after a yoga practice.”
7. “I use a breathing meditation. It’s as simple as just closing your eyes and focusing on your breath. Let all the thoughts flow, but do not interact with them. Just breathe, it’s all that matters at that moment.”
8. “RPM— I do it first thing in the morning so RISE, PEE, MEDITATE. I use different types of apps with all kinds of exercise programs and includes meditation programs so they are guided. After 20 days of meditating, I’m trying to start a sandwich style routine, which is twice a day.”
