If you are using a guided meditation on your phone make sure that it is charged and ready to go.
How to focus
Even very experienced yogis can find that their mind wanders from time to time, especially if you have a lot going on in your day. Let your thoughts come and go -like clouds passing across the sky or waves on the ocean. Acknowledge them and then let them go.
