As a member of the Marketing team, you will have the chance to greatly impact the growth of Fabulous worldwide. You will work closely with our Partnerships Lead, our influencer agencies, as well as the creative and performance marketing teams, to deliver high-performing and innovative marketing campaigns. You will manage relationships with agencies and influencers, negotiate the best possible deals, be responsible for a sizable monthly budget, and use your creativity and analytics skills to optimize the campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Work on the strategic planning and implementation of performance-oriented influencer marketing campaigns with the goal to scale the channel profitably.
- Manage small to large Youtube influencers sourcing, communication, negotiation, and content strategy, directly or with agencies.
- Execute and optimize new influencer platform tests (i.e. Snap, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, Facebook Live…)
- Manage 6-digit monthly budgets and define goals according to business needs.
- Align influencer efforts with seasonal calendar, peak times of the year, and product updates/launches.
- Assist with building our new affiliate program together with agency partners.
- Create weekly reports and analyses to be shared with the marketing and executive teams.
Your profile
- 2 to 3 years of relevant in-house or agency influencer marketing experience required, ideally for consumer products.
- Deep understanding of the latest social media trends – you know the scene very well and have built relationships with influencers throughout your career.
- Proven ability to extract insights from data and proficiency with Excel. Experience with Amplitude would be a plus.
- High level of autonomy and strong organizational skills.
- Experience working on cross-department projects (marketing, engineering, design, data…).
- Proven ability to effectively balance the big-picture strategic work with day-to-day execution. A strategic thinker and strong communicator.
- Curious and teachable – you will be expected to teach us.
- Fluent in English. Any additional language would be a big plus (German, French or Spanish).
- Familiarity with the affiliation business is a plus.
- Passionate about the topics of health and well-being.
- Comfortable in a remote work environment (we are a remote-first organization).
