As a member of the Growth team, you will have the chance to greatly impact the growth of Fabulous worldwide. You will work closely with all internal teams (User Acquisition, CRM, Design, Data, Engineering) to ideate, execute and analyze product initiatives focused on unlocking growth and retention. You will take ownership of the web experience, from onboarding to monetization and subscription management, to solve important customer acquisition problems in scalable and measurable ways. This is a hands-on role that bridges the gap between user research, data analysis, design and web development.
Your responsibilities:
- Drive growth through onboarding, monetization and post-purchase web projects with minimal managerial oversight.
- Consistently increase conversion rate and ARPU through rapid experimentation.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to ideate and prioritize projects, then define, prototype, test and analyze results with a team of engineers, designers and analysts.
- Structure and manage project timelines, and track deliverables efficiently and effectively.
- Establish success criteria, best practices, and experiment with new tools.
- Independently lead the resolution of website issues and enhancement requests, working with developers and designers.
- Troubleshooting and thoroughly QAing all experiments before live deployment.
Your profile:
- 3+ years of product management/ownership experience (ideally web-based projects but not required).
- Strong ability to understand technical concepts and development processes.
- Strong user experience sensibility.
- Experience analyzing and using data to inform decisions.
- Cross-functional skills, with demonstrated experience collaborating and influencing partners and managing key stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience creating structured frameworks to evaluate problems and present recommendations for how to proceed.
- Familiarity with the management of remote working and collaborative tools (Trello, Airtable, Github).
- Familiarity with quality assurance (QA) protocols and ownership of QA sign-off for all deliverables.
- Familiarity with Unbounce, Instapage, and/or Webflow is a plus.
